This roof was filthy! One of the worst we've had to clean but it was a fun project. The type of mold on this roof actually eats through and weakens your tiles causing leaks and broken tiles. We soft washed this roof letting our solution kill the contaminants. Some companies will only apply water pressure not actually killing the mold spores which will come back very quickly.
